At Emas Bangkok HQ, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our products — jewellery and personal accessoriesall sales are final.

We highly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and ensure selections are correct before placing an order.

No Refunds or Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made, unless:

  • You received a defective or wrong item (must be reported within 3 days of parcel received)

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

In Case of Wrong or Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or if the product is damaged upon arrival:

  1. Email us at mimpibonda@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Include your Order Number, clear photos of the item, and a short explanation.

  3. We will review your case and respond within 48–72 hours.

All replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after the item has been received.
